The Space

Villa Panorama is a stunning ocean-view property located on the beautiful Flamingo Potrero Bay. This private estate is set within a large, luxurious garden and offers easy access to some of the best beaches along Costa Rica's northern Pacific coast. The modern tropical-style, single-story house provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a dream vacation.

Situated on the hills of Playa Potrero, the villa is less than a five-minute drive from restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful environment with 24-hour security.

The villa is newly constructed in a tropical contemporary style, covering 170 square meters. It is designed to open fully onto the terrace, pool, and panoramic views of the ocean and natural surroundings. Upon entering through a private motorized gate, there is ample parking space for several cars.

The entrance is at the rear of the house, where you are immediately greeted by breathtaking views visible throughout the spacious dining and living areas. The bay windows in the lounge open onto a large covered teak terrace, which leads to the infinity pool—creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.

There are three bedrooms in total:

• Two ocean-view bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
• A third bedroom with mountain views and its own bathroom, located at the rear of the house for added privacy and quiet.

Garden and Surroundings

The 5,000 square meter garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers and a variety of tropical plants that attract birds and butterflies. Wildlife sightings may include parrots, deer, raccoons, and occasionally monkeys in the surrounding area, adding to the natural charm of the property.

Guest Access and Additional Information

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and pool area. The property does not allow pets or parties.
