The property is a three-acre hilltop estate nestled in the forest overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where tropical forest meets pristine sandy beaches. Casa Linda Vista is the main house on the estate and is the most affordable and unique vacation rental in Playa Grande, accommodating 2 to 8 guests.
The estate borders Las Baulas National Park and is just a few minutes’ walk from the main surf breaks at Playa Grande. It provides a tranquil and comfortable environment with spacious, clean accommodations set back from the northwest end of the village.
Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or choose from over a dozen nearby restaurants.

We loved our visit at Kai’s place! Pictures do not do it justice. Very spacious and breezy. Big kitchen for cooking meals. It’s a beautiful property with a 10 minute walk to the beach. There’s a howler monkey living nearby, so don’t be alarmed by his nighttime calls!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kai’s place. The location was amazing, a 10 minute walk to the most perfect beach. Kai was very kind and made the process enjoyable and memorable. He gave us tips, recommendations, and showed us around the property. The house itself was clean and comfortable with a lot of space and a great view of the ocean. Hope to be back soon!

Kai was a great host, he was kind, and the communication was courteous and swift. Kai was very respectful, as well. The house was great and located within a beautiful property, full of beautiful flora and fauna. It was amazing to see and hear the howler monkeys and the birds, magpies in the morning! We'll be coming back for sure!!!

This house is a decently short walk to the beach, and the inside was nice. However, one of my friends fell through the deck, which was clearly in unsafe condition. When we talked to the host about it he said that he would fix it, but then told us he had changed his mind because it “wasn’t as bad as he thought,” despite there being more clearly unsafe boards. He also came up to the house and had a completely uncalled for conversation with a friend of mine who was just over at the house for the afternoon, being very aggressive and unprofessional with him. The roof also leaked in one of the rooms during a rainstorm. While packing up to leave we found a large scorpion in the house. Overall, the house is nice, but there are definitely some issues to be worked out. There is also not big enough cookware for much more than 4 people, so keep that in mind since the house is meant for many more.
