The Space

Upon arrival, you will find the television and air-conditioning remote controls on the entry table. On the day of your arrival, we will send you the access code for the electronic door lock.

If you have questions about using the equipment or need assistance with anything, please contact us or ask the cleaning staff for help.

As a courtesy, we provide a cleaning service that includes making the beds and cleaning the common areas. This service is scheduled at a time that works best for you, allowing you to remain comfortable during your stay.

Two days before your arrival, I will contact you to coordinate the details and request the information needed for access through the security gate and registration at the beach club.

Guest Access

You will have access to the beach club during your stay. We provide eight complimentary passes per day of your stay.

Access is not limited, but additional visits cost $500 MXN per person. Of this amount, $250 MXN may be used as a credit toward food and beverages. The remaining amount covers the entrance fee and towel rental.
