The Space
Paradise Condo 601 is an expansive four-bedroom condominium with spectacular ocean views and a large wraparound balcony. With 4,000 square feet of total space, it is the largest condominium on the property and offers panoramic views of the bay.
The layout is ideal for four couples seeking privacy or for a large family group. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, and garage parking and pool access are included.

Restaurants and stores are approximately a seven-minute walk away, while the plaza is about 15 minutes on foot.
Additional Information
Paradise Condo 601 is located on the fifth floor and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator, so the condominium is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Staff members can assist with carrying luggage to the apartment.
Golf carts are available to rent on-site for approximately 1,000 pesos per day, and this option is highly recommended.
The property is directly in front of the main beach, with a short incline leading up to it. The condominium is three floors above the pools, and its west-facing balcony overlooks the ocean. Despite its central location, the unit is exceptionally quiet.
Pets are welcome with prior approval. An additional fee of 350 pesos per pet applies for the entire stay.

This place far exceeded my expectations! The apartment is truly amazing: impeccable, very comfortable, and with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and amenities are spectacular, even better than I expected. The hosts were super friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything went perfectly. It was definitely an excellent experience and I would stay here again. I would highly recommend it!

At first, it was difficult to find a place to park, but the security guard gave me a proper explanation, and the person in charge came out, so I was able to park without any problems. Everything in the room was neatly organized, and the 6 of us had a relaxing stay. When it was sunny, the view from the veranda was amazing, and I also got a good view of the sunset. You can also walk to the Centro, so the location is also good. We had a great time.Thank you!

Beautiful place. Ezequiel was very friendly throughout the stay. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. It's super comfortable, clean, and spacious. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of hills and stairs. We'll definitely come back!

We loved the apartment. It had everything you need for cooking, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, as well as the view from the apartment terrace. We are leaving very happy and hope to return soon. Vanessa and Ezequiel were very friendly, as was the security guard at the entrance. Yes, the climb up to the apartment is a bit tiring because you have to go up stairs to the elevator. It's a bit strenuous, especially for older people. Please consider this. I still highly recommend it.
