The host was spot on in communication. Cartagena is a gym, but a product of abusive capitalism. Everyone wants a piece of the dollar and they are not bashful. If you are patient you can save on meals and lodging. This location is about as good as you can get so close to the ocean and decent space, though one room was extremely tiny. The photos look wonderful but the place needs a bit of a touch up; new sheets, new pillows, newer towels, and some fixtures need paint. I did get some cleaner sheets, and a few towels on my own dime, not a prob, since I am a bit picky. There were a few hick ups with the electrical, but the host was very communicative and kept pace with us. He provided transport to and from the airport, provided extra cleaning, and a great list of restaurants. My favorite was Don Ignacio - a must! I went with a 5 star since he was so communicative, but the price is a bit too high. It is too close to Hawaii prices and sadly if this trend remains, Cartagena can lose tourists.

Kris is a great host. He personally made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The provider services are also phenomenal. The huge balcony with the jacuzzi and sitting area was perfect for hangouts. Kris, recommendations of restaurants, tourist spots, also made our experience very much enjoyable. We would come back here again. Thanks for everything Kris!!

This house was great, lots of rooms and nice hot tubs as well. Location was only 5-10 mins drive to the walled city and right on the beach.

Empire luxury was great the host Kris was helpful and he was flexible when I asked him to be. He made a lot of recommendations and was super responsive and his team was pretty good. There were really no issues at all. Kris did a lot for me during this stay and showed a very nice and understanding demeanor. I would definitely stay here again. I was very appreciative of the things he did for me.

Empire Luxury is the perfect place to get away with your friends. Dope spot! . Our host Kris was always available to chat and made sure our time there was the best it can be. Literally went perfect and will return when im back. Thanks Empire!

Great location and Super great Host I couldn’t ask for the best! Enjoy the jaccuzi and bbq and take a walk to the beach is only 2 second walk! Wow excellent place to stay with friends and families highly recommended! Thank you again Andres! I will definitely coming back!
