The Space
Casa HEROS combines the comfort of a hotel with the privacy and convenience of a home. Hotel-quality linens and towels are provided, along with 200 square meters of private space.
Relax by the spacious pool, enjoy a glass of wine at the bar, or spend the afternoon with your family around the barbecue. Nicaraguan beef is especially delicious.
Security
For added peace of mind, a security booth is located directly in front of the house, with guards available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Three parking spaces are available:
- Two outdoor spaces in front of the house
- One indoor space next to the main terrace
Hotel-Style Service
For stays longer than two nights, complimentary full cleaning is provided every three days. This service includes:
- Changing the bed linens and towels
- Cleaning the house thoroughly
- Maintaining the property in the same spotless condition as when you arrived

Nuestra estadía fue excelente de principio a fin en casa Heros! La propiedad estaba impecablemente limpia, muy cómoda y exactamente como se describía en el anuncio. La ubicación fue ideal y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La casa superó nuestras expectativas como familia. La casa es acogedora, el area de la piscina nos encanto y pudimos relajarnos. La ubicación es lo mejor de todo porque los centros comerciales estaban muy cerca. Quedamos encantados y esperamos regresar muy pronto. Gracias por todo a la anfitriona.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a safe gated community that gave us peace of mind throughout our vacation. The pool was a fantastic feature and made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, communication with Erika was excellent, and everything we needed was readily available. The property was well-equipped, spacious, and provided a great balance of comfort and convenience. Overall, this was a five-star experience from start to finish.
