We had a wonderful stay . The condo had everything we needed. It was in a great safe area in managua. There were many great restaurants close by. It was a great value for the stay.

The condo is a cozy modern space for small group...It is new and is in a secure neighborhood with 24 hr security...place had everything and very close to stores, restaurants and a mall (within 2 km).. felt right at home and would highly recommend...

We had to wash the sheets and duvet because they were dusty and a little dirty on the first day, so we could sleep. I would have given it 5 stars, but that was the only thing. Thank you, Jose

A 10/10 stay in Las Colinas! The apartment is pristine, comfortable, and clearly part of a very new development. Being inside a gated community gave us total peace of mind and made our stay feel exceptionally safe. It was so cozy we almost didn’t want to leave the apartment. Incredible value and worth every penny we will definitely be back!

Toto is a phenomenal host. I’ve stayed at his properties many times. You can tell he values cleanliness and value. The units are perfectly furnished, has all the essentials, and most importantly, squeaky clean. I’d recommend any of Toto’s property’s for anyone staying in Managua.

The apartment is in a gated community with guard. A dedicated car parking spot is allocated. There is a coffee shop and super market within walking distance. The host is responsive and helpful.
