The Island House is a unique modern tropical home featuring an island centerpiece under a double-height ceiling, allowing for a true fusion of indoor and outdoor tropical living. The house accommodates a maximum of 12 guests and includes:

- Second Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, private bathroom (2 people)
- Guest Bedroom: 1 queen bed (2 people)
- Guest Bedroom: Bunk beds with 2 king beds below and 2 twin beds on top, private bathroom (6 people)

The Island House is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests and is located in the exclusive gated community of Hacienda Pinilla’s Reserva de Golf.
Important Notes
Please be aware that The Island House is located in a private, gated community primarily occupied by full-time residents and families. There is a very strict no-noise policy outside between 10 PM and 6 AM. This property is not suitable for parties or large events. It is ideal for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and community rules. If you plan to host a party or make excessive noise, please consider reserving another property, as violations will result in eviction without a refund.
