This was such a spectacular air bnb, it almost didn’t seem real. The private dock was an amazing place to take sun in the morning. The host was very responsive and it was helpful to have Antonio on site. Thank you so much!

Ryan was an amazing host. Made the whole experience/stay simple & easy! Super peaceful & private. Also had contacts listed for transportation. Pictures do not do any justice! Breathtaking views! I would recommend this place for couples! Will be coming back again in the future!

Absolutely beautiful property and location. Atitlán was our favorite part of our two-week trip to Guatemala. Perfect for my wife and two kids, as there are two bedrooms. Pictures do not do this place justice; you must visit.

Ryan’s villa is amazing. Perfect for 4 people (we were 3). Ryan was extremely responsive and provided me with contacts for a driver and boat to get to the house. I was contemplating at first renting a car and driving myself, which I usually do, but I am glad I didn’t. It was so much easier to have a driver. Also Antonio who takes care of the villa was great and available when needed. Overall we had a great stay at Ryan’s.

I have no words to describe our experience. Ryan’s place is like from an architectural Digest. The view of the lake and volcano is breathtaking. We are so honored to have stayed in such a beautiful place. I highly recommend. It’s very relaxing, private and what I wanted for from this vacation. Antonio the manager was very helpful. He was very responsive and met us and helped us with our luggage and coordinated a few activities Ryan gave us recommendations on restaurant and a private boat made it extra convenient for us. We had a massage at the balcony and had a private chef cater our meals. The beds were comfy. The amenities were modern. We enjoyed jumping from the deck into the water and there were paddle boards for our convenience. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful experience at your place. Don’t think twice in booking this property. We are so grateful and we can’t wait to go back.

Speechless. Cannot even put into words the magic of the lake, the beauty of the home, the pure relaxation and bliss we experienced. This is a place if you are trying to experience complete disconnection, relaxation, and peacefulness, you cannot miss! The house is stunning. Antonio the grounds keeper is fantastic. We got to swim, paddle board, take a bubble bath, read in a hammock etc. This is not a place that you “walk to town” with. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to on the back streets but my husband and I were trying to find a place where we were “forced to” relax and do nothing after a week of heavy work volunteering and this way it!! You cannot get better views on the lake. With 1000% be back!
