- The property does not have hot water. However, because of the area's warm climate, the water usually remains at a comfortable temperature.
- As part of the home's regular maintenance, cleaning staff perform daily cleaning between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon in areas such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and beachfront rancho. This service is part of the stay and does not require additional authorization during these hours.
- Additional assistance, such as meal preparation or other household tasks, may be requested in advance and will incur an additional fee.

We had a wonderful family weekend! Daniela was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive even before we got there. Don Adalberto was very helpful he changed the garbage bags constantly and keep the pool clean. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention. We recommend this Airbnb to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The house is very nice, with different spaces to enjoy as a family. The air conditioning in the bedrooms makes the stay cool and pleasant. The pool is large with different depths, and the fantastic beach is steps from the property. The only thing to note is that, due to the architecture and design, the house has several uneven areas that can lead to falls.

This place is huge, with lots of space, perfect for big groups. The house sits on the beach and has a large pool. The host was responsive and was able to meet our needs. We had little issue getting to the place, the gps takes you to the middle of the road, make sure you are able to contact the host incase you get lost. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.The place is beautiful and will highly recommend.

We opted for the option for hiring the cooks for our stay and I would highly recommend Lily and Oli! They are both amazing cooks and made our stay even better! For the ranch itself it’s beautiful! Just like the pictures show. I would highly suggest to clean the pool before each stay as it gets slippery. We requested this upon getting in the pool and Adalberto helped us with this. I would be staying here again.
