The house is located in Villas Oceánicas, Costa del Sol, a private beach community just steps from the beach and close to the niceJaltepeque Estuary*.
At the heart of the home is a social area that opens directly onto the private pool — perfect for relaxing after being at the beach.
The space Fully equipped beautiful modern new house designed by a firm of architects of Boston (PRAUD), know in architectural magazines as "Casa Periscopio" due to its peculiar design,with 4 rooms furnished with 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 8 twin beds and a room for service perssonel with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, beatiful living room integrated with a swimming pool and BBQ, located in a safe compound of beach houses in Villas Oceanicas, Costa del Sol in El Salvador, where you can enjoy the beach, the park, trees, birds and sun and where you feel like a king with luxury furniture. Cable TV and USB for mobile internet provided. Breakfast is optional at an extra charge of $10/ person Pick up from and to airport can be arranged. You can find restaurants and shops within 2 Kms in "Los Blancos" beach. Supermarket trips can be arranged also Trips to "Jaltepeque estero" can be found in the neighborhood or if you prefer we can arrange them for you. In this trip you can observe the nature on all its splendor, different species of birds, sea life and vegetation.

Thank you, Mr. Rafael! For the third time, we visited the house and everything was great. We had a family reunion and celebrated our daughter's university degree. My sister and her husband went straight from there to the airport to return to NY. Everyone was happy and Thank you very much for everything. See you at the next gathering in November.

Highly recommended! It exceeded my expectations, Rafael's house is ideal for a very comfortable family stay, with lots to do and super well located! The beach (clean and with good waves) is a 2-minute walk away, the restaurant brings you food if you want it, delicious, fresh and very good price! Every day they cleaned the pool and came to pick up garbage, the AC works perfectly in the rooms that are very good! It has a pool table and several things to entertain yourself, the kitchen is well-equipped, it even has beach toys for children! Anyway, I was delighted with everything, I highly recommend it and I will definitely return

Very nice stay, it had everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the house, Mrs. Silvia is very friendly, the whole environment is very nice, quiet and safe … Excellent place!!!!👍🏻
