The property itself is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Unfortunately, communication with the host was inconsistent from the start, which led us to involve Airbnb support early due to a lack of responsiveness. We experienced air conditioning issues beginning on day one, and in Cartagena’s climate this had a noticeable impact on our comfort. Although the issue was reported promptly, the AC was not fully resolved until the day we were checking out. With improved communication and quicker resolution of maintenance issues, this could be a great place to stay.

We were in the middle of everything, restaurants, groceries, clubs … literally like everything and shouts to Don Carlos and the other other Carlos, they really took care of us from recommendations to being our private tour guide and the lady who made us breakfast 👌🏿

Since I was going with a big family and it was during the Ironman event, the price was ok. It’s on the pricier end and can find something comparable cheaper if it’s not during a busy event weekend.

The place exceeded our expectations — even more impressive than the photos. Perfectly located, close to everything we needed. An added bonus was the included security guard, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
