Oscar’s place is beautiful & the house lay out is so practical which makes it feel safe & easy to be in. Everything you need was thought of as everything we needed was in the home. Loved the sense of security while being in a gated residential. One of our favourites spots in the house was the backyard with the hammocks. The ac in the rooms was a lovely add on in Nicaragua’s heat! Having a washer was also a plus with our babies. Having a super express & am/pm stores right in front came in handy. Quesillos restaurant walkable distance was amazing, pharmacy close by as well & other restaurants. We also visited the zoo which was very close as well. 100/100, would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was spotless, comfortable, and located in a secure gated community. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, and tourist attractions nearby. Oscar was a fantastic host and communicated promptly throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the hammocks, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a huge plus in Nicaragua's tropical climate. Great value, outstanding hospitality, and a place we would gladly stay at again. Highly recommended!

Oscar’s place felt just like home for the 5 of us and 2 babies! This is actually our second time staying at Oscar’s and we truly appreciated the super fast responses, clean home and thoughtfulness of providing a high chair and portable crib for the kids. Oscar’s place is peaceful and relaxing. We sat often in the backyard where the wind hit just right. I love that Oscar’s place has hot water, washer (for the kids), AC and ceiling fans. The home is right near all of errands of pricemart, vivan pellas and stores. There are tons of delicious restaurants near by. Cornicione, D.F., La estufa, casa masa madre, etc. Though this second trip we ended up cooking all of our meals at home, which was great. San Martin carnes and La colonia is close by for groceries and meat/ shrimp. We will be back again! Thanks Oscar for the amazing stay, we love your home!

Nice neighborhood with adequate security. AC was working in all 3 bedrooms. Luke warm water. Hammock good for relaxation. Basic amenities provided in the bathrooms. Highly recommend it.

Hi Oscar. Thank you for hosting us at your place. Great location, clean quiet place near lot’s of nice place to go. Just as described by hoster. Will definitely stay again. Please future guests let’s all help the environment by keeping lights and AC off while away or when not in need to use.

Oscar’s place at Palmeto was everything we expected and more for our family of five. The house was roomy and practically decorated with balanced touches of local culture and art. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking clasic homey meals with complimentary five-gallon bottle of purified water. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space; A/C works great; plenty of clean linen, towels and complimentary toiletries. The back covered porch with the two hand-wowen, hammocks was our favorite hang out place to unwind and relax outside. The climate was mild and fresh in the evenings. Nice full size TV and fast wifi. What stood out the most was the high security in the quiet gated community, from proper screening at the gate to the constant patrolling at night; we felt very safe. The neighborhood is conveniently located with plenty of shops, restaurants, groceries, butchers and fresh seafood nearby. Oscar and Jacobo were very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home.

Cozy home in a private, charming, guard-gated community, located close to a main road with lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The house itself was tidy and comfortable for my group of 5 adults - and a plus: hot water and air conditioning were available to us with no additional electricity charges at the end of our stay (with reasonable use and turned off whenever we weren't at the house). Furthermore, the community was well-maintained and felt safe for neighborhood walks. Our host, Oscar, provided easy instructions for our stay and was always friendly and prompt when we communicated, which made our stay easy and pleasant. My family and I would 100% stay at this home again.
