We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone! The view was absolutely beautiful, the accommodation was very private and intimate, and the hosts were always quick to respond whenever we had a question. It was everything we were hoping for and more! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at La isla Bonita. Lesbia and Wilber were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. They also have a moto available for rent and Kayaks you can use. The cabin has amazing views of the volcano with a secluded beach right at your doorstep! We were very sad to leave and hope we can make it back to this dream of a island soon. Thank you Lesbia and Wilber!!! 🫶🏼💕🌋

This place was beautiful. The location was perfect: you're steps from the lake and the view is amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was very practical. The Loana restaurant brings your food to the door, and it's delicious. From the beach, you can walk 20 minutes to Playa Mangos and 15 minutes to the Cabellito restaurant.

Isla Bonita was extremely beautiful! The photos do not do it justice! Not only is Lake Nicaragua so beautiful, but being right on the beach right on the water looking across to volcano conception was what’s surreal. There was so much wildlife on the property, from chickens to cats and dogs. I even woke up a horse and her baby running along the beach, which was so beautiful. The property is about 45 minutes to an hour away from the nearest ferry, so please keep that into account when you are booking, but totally worth it. It was a beautiful hideaway. Pretty easy to get! Lesbia was a wonderful host. She made me breakfast the first night I was there and we talked about life, goals for the future, she helped me plan my day and set up transportation. I ran into an issue prior to my arrival and she did her best to try and help me, which was very appreciated! Overall, I highly recommend Isla Bonita to anyone visiting Ometepe islands! Very close I would definitely stay here again & longer!

It was my first time visiting the island and the experience was excellent. I found the accommodation amazing: comfortable, clean and very cozy. Thanks to that, I felt right at home throughout my stay. I definitely recommend it and I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at Wilber and Lesbia's beautiful home. They were so warm and helpful and the home and property were gorgeous and peaceful. House was so cozy and very clean. Will definitely come back. Gracias Wilber y Lesbia!

The home was situated in a peaceful, secluded area while still being incredibly close to everything. It was less than a one-minute walk to the lake, where you could enjoy stunning views of Volcano Concepción, especially at sunset.
