This private three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in a charming neighborhood with a large, powered security gate. The house includes:

Guests have full access to the property. Entry is provided through a lockbox located outside the main neighborhood gate, and all necessary house keys will be supplied.
Additional Information
We owned and operated this property as an Airbnb for years and received glowing five-star reviews. When we switched to self-management, Airbnb’s rules required us to recreate the listing, which meant losing the reviews we had accumulated. However, the home has a proven record of guest satisfaction.

great place that matched everything in description and pictures. we really enjoyed our stay. the place was great and the host was super helpful. we liked where it was and could drive to numerous nearby beaches and places to eat. the place is a bit outside of brasalito beach. we had a car and could drive there in a minute or two. but I don't think it is the ideal spot without a car.
