We had such an amazing stay at David’s place. The pool and view were amazing. Close to dominical and all the adventures around. David was responsive and the house manager Tony was great and welcomed us when we arrived. Would 100% recommend staying here.

We had a great time at David's place. The view is absolutely stunning from every room in the house. The house is as described and is perfectly functional. Tony was very helpful with the check-in and quickly resolved an electrical problem. Easy to get around between Uvita and Manuel Antonio Park. Recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking panoramic views over the Pacific that we never got tired of. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s perfectly located—peaceful and private, yet only a few minutes from Dominical and an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. Tony was an exceptional host. He couldn’t have been more helpful. His communication was excellent and he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. This has been one of our favourite places this trip and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you, Tony, for such an unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay. David’s place is as the photos, has stunning views and is a lovely place to relax whilst only being a short 2km walk to Dominical along the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Would happily recommend

What is good - location and the view. The place has fantastic views of the ocean and you always hear the waves crashing. It was really nice to sit in the terrace and have dinner there. Supermarket is nearby and it is not far from Uvita or Manuel Antonio national parks. Lots of things to do around. Three bedrooms, where 2 of them share one bathroom. Master bedroom has a separate one. Now the issues - the place is dated. It looks great in the pictures, but in reality you see that it has lived and could be refreshed a little. Cleanliness was not spot on either - stains here and there, clothes dryer living its last days - screeching as it spins all the time and a bit mouldy too. Every bathroom had a freshener which had a very strong and nauseating smell. We had to put them in a zip-lock bags during the stay. Swimming pool was not clean either on the check-in, even though we checked in on the pool cleaning day. We liked to stay there, but i cannot give it 5 stars due to the issues we had

The place is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, well lit, with air conditioning in all rooms, hot water, two and a half bathrooms, a pool, a hammock, a TV and other items such as a cooler (for going to the beaches) and folding chairs (for going to the beaches). All the utensils worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well equipped. It also has a very useful gas grill. It has very comfortable spaces and stunning views. You have to go up a steep hill, but it is paved, so it is not difficult to go up. There's a supermarket very close by and other places to visit. To go to the beach, you have to go down by car. Finally, the property is in an enclosed and secure location, so there is a lot of calm and tranquility.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is well appointed and stocked with necessary supplies. We enjoyed the pool and sitting under the pergola. We were even able to watch the World Cup games from the pool. The ocean view is spectacular!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The views are absolutely stunning, and the peaceful setting made it a perfect getaway. We enjoyed watching various birds and even spotted a few lizards lounging around the pool in the early mornings. The wooden terrace is a highlight, it’s incredibly relaxing at night and offers great shade during the day. While the hill leading to the house is steep, it's short and manageable for a car or SUV. We chose to drive to the beach since we didn’t feel like climbing back after swimming. Dominical is just a stone's throw away, and the grocery store nearby is well-stocked, making it convenient. David and Tony were super responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it!

Amazing, surrounded by nature, amazing views, davids place is well kept and comfortable, the pool and outdoor amenities are a private oasis for the perfect get away, felt right at home, will definitely come back
