This spacious farmhouse in Guatapé is located approximately 90 minutes from Medellín and offers a peaceful setting for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities. The property overlooks the reservoir and Piedra del Peñol and is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The property is located 7.4 kilometers from the Peñol-to-Guatapé exit, on the right-hand side, and 200 meters from the main road. It is near Piedra del Peñol, 1 kilometer from the marina, and 7 kilometers from Guatapé.

The minimum rate covers up to 10 guests. Additional guests cost:

• 75,000 Colombian pesos per person per night during the regular season
• 85,000 Colombian pesos per person per night during the high season
• 35,000 Colombian pesos per person for daytime visits
• 80,000 Colombian pesos per pet for the entire stay

Guest Access

Guests have access to all facilities on the private 13,000-square-meter estate. The grounds include paths alongside the reservoir and children's games, including a dollhouse.

Two kayaks are available for an additional fee of 150,000 Colombian pesos for the entire stay.

Parties and events incur an additional fee of 400,000 Colombian pesos. Visitors who are not included in the original reservation must be registered and paid for in advance:

• 85,000 Colombian pesos per additional overnight guest
• 40,000 Colombian pesos per daytime visitor

Pets cost 80,000 Colombian pesos for the entire stay.

Identification and Arrival Information

The person who makes the reservation must provide:

• A photo of their identification document or passport
• Their physical address
• Their email address
• A photo of the identification document or passport of every companion
• The city where each guest lives
• The destination after departure

This information is required by the national government. It must be submitted before arrival so the property location and arrival map can be provided. The exact address cannot be shared without the required documentation.

Additional Information

• Parties and events involving people outside the original booking are not permitted.
• Music must be kept at a moderate volume and may continue until 2:30 a.m.
• Bachelor parties and bachelorette parties are not allowed.
• The property has a television with national channels only. Guests may connect to the internet and use streaming platforms through their personal accounts.
• Three dogs live on the property, although they are kept at the landlords' house.
• A security deposit of up to 1,500,000 Colombian pesos may be charged for damage to the home.
• Jet skis are available for rent by the hour; pricing depends on the number of hours.
• A raft with a capacity of 27 people is available for 220,000 Colombian pesos per hour.
