This spectacular farmhouse in Guatapé is located just 90 minutes from Medellín and offers a peaceful setting for relaxing and enjoying a variety of activities. The property overlooks the reservoir and Piedra del Peñol and is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Guests have direct access to the reservoir, along with a private dock, swimming pool, jacuzzi, kayak, video projector, and more. Jet skis, games, and boats can also be rented for use on the reservoir.

• 80,000 Colombian pesos per pet for the entire stay

Guest Access

Guests have access to all facilities on the estate. The property includes walking paths beside the reservoir and ample outdoor space to explore.

The two kayaks are available for an additional fee of 150,000 Colombian pesos for the entire stay.

Parties and events incur an additional fee of 400,000 Colombian pesos. Visitors who are not included in the original reservation must be registered and paid for in advance:

• 85,000 Colombian pesos per additional overnight guest
• 40,000 Colombian pesos per additional daytime visitor
• 80,000 Colombian pesos per pet for the entire stay

Required Guest Information

The person making the reservation must provide the following information:

• A photo of their identification card or passport
• A physical address
• An email address
• A photo of the identification card or passport of every companion
• The city where each guest lives
• The destination after departure

This information is required by the national government. It must be submitted before arrival so that the property's location and arrival map can be provided. The exact address cannot be shared until the required information has been received.

Additional Services

• The two kayaks are available for 150,000 Colombian pesos for the entire stay.
• Jet skis are rented by the hour, with pricing based on the rental duration.
• A raft with a capacity of 27 people is available for 220,000 Colombian pesos per hour.

House Rules and Important Information

• Parties and events involving people outside the original booking are not allowed.
• Music must be kept at a moderate volume and may continue only until 2:30 a.m.
• Bachelor parties are not permitted.
• Bachelorette parties are not permitted.
• The property has a television with national channels only. Guests may connect to the internet and use streaming platforms through their personal accounts.
• Three dogs live on the property, although they are kept at the landlords' house.
• A security deposit of up to 1,500,000 Colombian pesos may be charged for damage to the home.
