Road conditions: Tulum’s charm lies in its natural beauty, but many streets are unpaved, uneven, and still under development. We recommend driving slowly and using a vehicle with good ground clearance or exploring the area by bicycle. All roads leading to the property are paved.

Jungle living: Tulum is located in the heart of the jungle, which contributes to its distinctive atmosphere and setting. However, occasional power outages may occur due to ongoing development in the region. During an outage, electricity, water supply, and internet access may be temporarily affected. Tulum is still developing, and local services can be inconsistent.

Construction activity: Tulum is growing rapidly, and construction is taking place in many areas. Although we do everything possible to minimize disruptions, construction noise is common. There is currently no active construction near the property.

We had such a beautiful time! Thank you so much for making our vacation so special. They shared so many wonderful recommendations with us, from restaurants and cenotes to local shops, and every single one was amazing! They even arranged an in-house massage for us at the last minute, which was absolutely wonderful and very affordable. We had a small issue with the AC, but even then, we could see how much effort they put into making things right. They handled everything so thoughtfully that it didn’t affect our experience at all. Thank you again for your kindness, hospitality, and for making our stay so memorable! 🤍

When our children go to bed voluntarily, then you know: This accommodation is something very special! 😄 The beds were so comfortable that getting up in the morning became the biggest challenge of the day. The bed linens and cozy duvets made for a perfect night's sleep. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean and furnished with a lot of love. We really didn't miss anything – the service was great and we felt completely comfortable. Our children were absolutely thrilled with the whole house and wanted to move in immediately. Honestly, it was the same for us adults. 😉 Thanks for a great stay! We give 5 stars with full conviction and would be very happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Tulum! My wife, my 5-year-old son, and I really enjoyed our time here. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, and the place was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Gaby and Marius were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived late and took advantage of the grocery service, which was a huge convenience. Marius had all of our groceries ready for us when we arrived, making our first night so much easier. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our family and friends and would happily stay here again!

Gaby and Marios’ place is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs my family and I have ever stayed in. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by a truly breathtaking space. The location is absolutely stunning, it’s like living in the middle of nature without sacrificing comfort or elegance. Waking up surrounded by lush greenery while enjoying a high-end, beautifully furnished home made this stay unforgettable. Gaby and Marios were exceptional hosts from the very beginning. Tulum on its own is already magical! And Gabriela’s place helps keep that vibe. Its cozy, clean, elegant, yet, minimalist, and perfect. The private pool adds more fun and intimacy. The communication was on point, anything we needed; she was there to help. We’d go back! I do wish we hadve known about the beaches being plagued by sargassum. That impacted our stay, but not the place. Definitely recommend.
