Important Information and House Rules
Please review the following rules to help ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone:
- Parties, karaoke, and late-night drinking are not allowed. The complex restricts noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. During those hours, audible sound is permitted only inside the residence. Moderate noise levels are allowed during the rest of the day. If a neighbor raises a concern, security staff will notify you.
- Several days before arrival, the lead guest must provide a complete list of all guests and vehicles. Only people and vehicles included on this list will be permitted to enter the complex.
- All guests must present official identification at the gatehouse upon arrival and follow the entry protocol.
- Entry to the complex is permitted until 9:00 p.m.
- Delivery services are allowed only until 6:00 p.m.
- The maximum speed within the complex is 10 kilometers per hour. Please drive carefully, as children, seniors, and pets may be walking throughout the property.
- Recycling is encouraged. Please place waste in the appropriate bins for recyclable, non-recyclable, and organic materials.
- Reservations longer than 28 days require a Guest Occupancy Agreement to protect both the host and guests. The agreement will be sent after the reservation is confirmed.
- Because the property is located within a forest reserve, fireworks, pyrotechnics, and campfires are prohibited.
- Smoking is discouraged to help prevent fires. Fire extinguishers are available in the house.

A prime location with a spectacular view. Surrounded by nature and great for relaxing. Miguel was very kind the whole time, and Nelly welcomed us with clear instructions and took care of us throughout our stay. My family really enjoyed the place, which was in excellent condition and accurately reflects what is shown in the photos. I would just note as a suggestion for future guests that it's better to go in a high-clearance vehicle to access the property.

A great place! We had a nice time with the family. A very quiet place surrounded by nature. Ideal if you want to arrive and not leave the house. Although it's close to the village, my recommendation is to bring everything you need so you don't have to go out and can fully enjoy the house. The beds have canopies, which I found very convenient for resting. The house comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Mrs. Nelly was kind and took very good care of us. I 100% recommend the place.

The house is very cozy and nice. You really feel a country atmosphere, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The only thing I would recommend is to arrive in a high-riding vehicle, as the road is unpaved and some low-riding vehicles can scrape the underside.

The place is amazing, just like the photos, but I think it looks even better in person ☺️. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for our enjoyment. Ideal for families with children. There will always be something to do. Miguel is an excellent host. He responds quickly and makes sure to give you all the necessary directions to make your stay as peaceful as possible. Yes, you can hire the services of Mrs. Nelly is highly recommended. She is very attentive and cooks delicious food! Their help makes everything even easier for your stay. We will definitely be back! Excellent place, very quiet and with everything you need to have an amazing weekend. Just as shown in the photos. If you have the opportunity, hire the services of Mrs. Nelly. She's always friendly and cooks super delicious food. I would definitely come back. Miguel is a great host who is always attentive. It has an advantage that sets it apart from the others: early check-in and late check-out.
