Breakfast is not included. It can be requested in advance for an additional cost.

Are minors allowed?

Minors are allowed only when accompanied by both parents and with the birth certificate. If only one parent is present, notarized authorization from the other parent is required.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is one night, making the property suitable for both quick getaways and longer visits.

How is security at the property?

The property is located in a safe, peaceful area. It also has exterior security cameras and nearby police monitoring.

Is air conditioning necessary?

No. Llanogrande has fresh, temperate weather throughout the year, so air conditioning is not necessary.

How is the property delivered at check-in?

Our on-site caretaker personally welcomes guests, provides the access code, and oversees the maintenance and general care of the property. She lives in a separate, independent area outside the main house.

Guests may also hire her to prepare meals during their stay. This service has an additional daily cost, which varies according to the number of meals and guests.
