Our stay at Stella di Mare was incredible, from start to finish! Randy was a very responsive host, and helped smooth out an unexpected delay in our arrival. We had seamless airport transportation to and from the house, and golf carts were ready when we arrived. The caretakers, Victor and Naomi, were some of the loveliest people we've ever met! They keep the property clean and stunning, and help arrange so many of the trip's necessities. We wouldn't hesitate to come back when we're in San Pedro next!

We had an amazing stay. Victor and Noemi were the sweetest caretakers and extremely knowledgeable. They provided recommendations on where to eat and grocery shop, helped us book a snorkeling day trip for our large group with kids, prepared some fresh coconuts for us, and Noemi cooked us an AMAZING meal enjoyed by all! It was the perfect location for some privacy and relaxation, as well as accessibility to some closer food and drink options. Definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful home! Tons of space, the pool is so fun, & many places for people to hang out. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms were spotless. The grounds keeper, Victor is amazing. He and the house keeper keep the place in immaculate shape. Perfect, amazing experience. Highly recommend & would love to come again.

This place will not disappoint. My husband and 6 of our friends spent 9 lovely memorable nights at this fabulous Villa...it wasn't enough time honestly. I could spend a month and even that wouldn't be enough. Every part of this stay was seamless, from the booking to checkout. Victor & his wife Noemi were definitely to thank for this. They are the most gracious, kind, amazing people we met on the island. Definitely utilize their vast knowledge of the island and all it has to offer. Thank you Victor for setting up my husband's 50th Birthday private boat fishing/snorkeling/beach BBQ trip. That was definitely the highlight of our whole trip. I could go on for days about how special it was and how much we appreciate both Victor & Noemi for their care and concern that we have the best stay ever. We will be back and hopefully sooner than later.

Highly recommend this location!!! We had a group of eight for a birthday celebration trip and felt like we were at our own personal resort. Great layout and space for group or multi-family. Second floor is like a 2 BR apt that provides additional privacy from a group if needed. 1st floor has plenty of room for the entire group for gathering, cooking, and eating. 3rd floor hot tub has great views for sunrise and sunset. Caretakers provided excellent customer service, attention, and prepared dinner (they made us feel like family). You won't be disappointed. Thanks Randy and Team !

We truly enjoyed our stay at Randy’s house! It’s secluded but close to everything you need and the caretakers on the property were fantastic but not intrusive at all. They cut coconuts for us and took care of everything around and were so warm and friendly. The view and the pier at the house were amazing making it really convenient to go on fishing trips and run around in the boat. Randiy was very attentive in trying to get us from the airport to the house but we had our own transportation ahead of time. This is a fantastic place and I can’t wait to stay there again! I had trouble logging into Airbnb with my account so I wasn’t able to communicate as I needed to with Randy ahead of time and he continued to be attentive to Make sure we were completely taken care of. The house is sparkling clean and very bright and believe in. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a great place! Worth the money!

Gorgeous and peaceful place! The home caretakers, Naomi and Victor are trustworthy, polite and available. Their dog, Rex, was so lovely and protective of us! Naomi is a great cook! But don't you go there think that she is your private worker because she is not. She comes and clean the house Monday to Saturday. If you want her to cook you a good meal, she will do a great job cooking a local dish, just make sure you pay her. Let her know in advance how many people and what you like to eat, and she will let you know how much it will cost you. Naomi was worth every penny we paid her, but I blamed her for the weight I gained. :)
