The property can accommodate up to 18 guests* in its 7 bedrooms — 6 downstairs and 1 on the second floor — each with a private bathroom. It has excellent private indoor and outdoor areas, and a kitchen area that opens to the dining patio with a barbecue and teppanyaki for enjoying family culinary experiences.
The base price includes up to 16 guests. From the 17th guest, an additional charge of COP $120,000 per person per night applies, up to a maximum of 18.

Capacity and additional guests • The absolute maximum for the property is 18 guests, with no exceptions. • The base price includes up to 16 guests. • From the 17th guest, an additional charge of COP $120,000 per person per night applies (17th and 18th guests).

One-day visits (day trips) • All day passes must be requested and authorized in writing at least 24 hours in advance. No surprise visitors.
• Cost: COP$80,000 per person, per day. You must check out before 10 pm. After that time, you will be charged as an additional guest at the full nightly rate.
- Domestic and logistical staff (mandatory service) • Housekeeping service from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.: COP $100,000 per maid per day — 1 maid for every 7 guests.
• Mandatory logistical support: COP $55,000 per day. • Full payment is made at the property before 12:00 PM on the day of check-out.
- Check-in and check-out • Check-in from 4:00 PM Check-out before 3:00 PM.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and prior authorization (minimum 24 hours). See rates in "House Rules."
• Unauthorized late check-out is billed as a full additional night.

The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The common areas are very nice, the view is spectacular, and the ladies cook very well and are friendly. Apparently, we overlooked the fact that in addition to what the cleaning and cooking ladies are paid, a daily maintenance fee of $55,000 must also be paid. In other words, we paid $110,000 for the two days. This must be taken into account when budgeting. The gentlemen asked me to make a complaint, because they couldn't watch the Colombian national team's match on Saturday since the TV didn't work. It's an old, small TV. For me, the house is a 10/10. The place looks great in the photos. Upon arrival, the facade is in very poor condition, including the paint and finishes. There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. I think it was time to modernize that aspect. It's fine that they want to offer a kitchen service, but I didn't feel very comfortable with it being mandatory. You should be able to choose whether you're comfortable with it or not.

The stay was great. We were a large group of friends and the house was perfect for everyone. It's large and quiet, the pool is perfect, it gets a lot of sun, the house has everything you need, the people who help in the kitchen are wonderful, they cook very well and attend to any request, and they also take care of keeping everything very clean. The place is very quiet and has a good view, and something I would highlight is that there are almost no mosquitoes in the area.

Absolutely beautiful! This was such a picturesque location with fields and trees and mountains all around. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and lots of bathrooms that were also clean and very beautiful. The entire house was stunning with huge accordion opening doors. The pool was fantastic and very clean. Our hosts we very quick to respond and made sure we had a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

It is a very nice place, very quiet, it exceeded our expectations, spacious spaces in each bedroom, the common areas are super spacious, there are spaces for everyone, the service staff are very discreet, friendly, it was like being in a hotel. The pool looks bigger in photos, but it's just the right size since it's recreational. Despite having music all day, in our case, it did not bother anyone, as it is an isolated farm from other farms. It was very pleasant to be there for 4 days.
