The Space
This cozy cabin overlooks the El Peñol–Guatapé Reservoir and offers a peaceful escape from the daily routine amid spectacular green surroundings. It is located near the towns of Guatapé and El Peñol, approximately 10 minutes by car from Guatapé.
The property accommodates up to 14 guests and includes:

The cabin is less than 100 meters from the main road, making access easy for all types of vehicles. It is located within a private condominium with a doorman on duty from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Guest Access
The entire property is available for guests to enjoy.
The cabin can be reached by the main road or by the lake. A dock is available for boarding and disembarking.
Pets
A maximum of two pets are allowed for an additional fee. Pets must be included in the guest details using the pets option.
If you bring a pet, please note that you are responsible for its care and for anything that may happen to it or that it may cause due to its natural instincts. The property is not responsible if other pets approach because of your pet’s presence.
House Rules
As the property is located within a private condominium with several homes, quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Music and parties are not permitted after this time. Please do not book the cabin if you plan to host a long-lasting party.

Very nice place. The only thing is perhaps the cleanliness of the pool, but otherwise the place was better than in the photos. It was very clean, very well equipped, with towels, blankets and a very complete kitchen. The lady they recommended for the kitchen and cleaning was very thoughtful and had very good judgment. The butler was very attentive and took care of everything we asked.

The hosts were very attentive. We stayed at Villa Suiza in early May (2026), and the place was suitable and well-equipped in terms of cleanliness. Mr. Libardo, who manages the condominium, was super helpful and friendly. He always assisted us with everything we needed and responded quickly every time we required his help. Unfortunately, the place needs to improve the maintenance of the property a bit, as we found several issues that made it a little difficult for us to fully enjoy the place. For example, the pool is not heated, and we couldn't enjoy it much because it was too cold, and we assumed that the pool was heated in this area. On the other hand, the power would cut out a lot in the kitchen, making it difficult to use. The showers also didn't work very well. And there were some areas that needed a better cleaning job. Overall, we found the place comfortable and had a great time. It's just a matter of improving maintenance.
