Located within one of Tulum’s most iconic boutique developments, the residence was developed by Grupo R4, the team behind Aldea Zama, and designed by the award-winning studio Mh in collaboration with Arista 0.

The architecture draws inspiration from Mayan pyramids through geometric forms, earthy textures, and balanced symmetry. Local stone, natural chukum finishes, and other organic materials connect the home to the region’s heritage while maintaining a modern, comfortable atmosphere.

The entrance features a monumental 6.5-meter ciricote wood door accented with handcrafted golden obsidian and custom wrought ironwork. These exclusive details were created specifically for the residence and establish its distinctive character from the moment you arrive.

Inside, warm earth tones, chukum walls, artisanal flooring, curated décor, designer furnishings, and premium finishes create an inviting environment. A statement wall adds bold character to the open living area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances and all the essentials for your stay. A private chef can also be arranged for in-villa dining experiences featuring fresh, local ingredients.

Important Information About Tulum

1. Road Conditions

Tulum’s natural beauty is accompanied by many unpaved, uneven, and developing roads. Drive carefully, consider using a vehicle with good ground clearance, or explore the area by bicycle.

2. Jungle Setting

Tulum is located in the jungle, which contributes to its distinctive atmosphere. Because the region is still developing, occasional power outages may occur. During these interruptions, electricity, water service, and internet access may be temporarily affected.

3. Construction Activity

Tulum is growing rapidly, and construction is taking place in many areas. Although we do our best to minimize disruptions, construction noise is common.

House Guidelines

To help maintain a comfortable and peaceful environment for everyone, please observe the following guidelines:

1. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarettes responsibly.
2. Parties and events: Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening.
3. Respect for the property: Treat the residence with the same care you would give your own home. If anything is accidentally damaged, notify us immediately. Please take photos when possible to help with the Airbnb insurance process.
4. Removing items: Taking items from the property is strictly prohibited. If you are interested in purchasing something similar, please let us know and we will do our best to direct you to an appropriate source.
