The Space

The beach is only steps from the property, providing direct access to the water from the shore. Please note that the area may have seaweed and occasional sea urchins, so water shoes are recommended.

For clearer, more open water, paddle boards and kayaks are available for reaching areas that are ideal for snorkeling and observing tropical fish. This peaceful seaside setting is well suited for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings.

The main house occupies the second and third floors of the property. Located in the secluded Milton Point neighborhood in the Jose Santos Guardiola area, it combines modern comforts with a tranquil island setting.

Guests traveling with a larger group can rent the entire property, including both the Main House and the Pool House. The Pool House may also be rented separately for smaller groups.

• Pacific Pearl @ Milton Bight: Rent the entire property, including the Main House and Pool House, for up to 13 guests. This option is suitable for family gatherings and larger groups.
• Pool House @ Pacific Pearl: A comfortable option for up to 4 guests, with views of the pool and beach.

Guest Access

Important Information

• The booking window is one year in advance.
• Electricity is privately generated on the island, making it more expensive, and water is also a valuable resource. Please use both thoughtfully.
• Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property or when doors and windows are open. Additional charges may apply if the air conditioning remains on continuously during your stay. Contact us for more details.
• Power outages may occur unexpectedly because the property is on an island. The villa does not have a generator.
• Early check-in or late check-out before or after the established times of 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM, respectively, incurs an additional charge of $100 or more. Confirm your arrival or departure time one day in advance.
• If you require additional cleaning during your stay, contact your reservation assistant for pricing.
• This property is not pet-friendly. Pets and service animals are not permitted, even if regulations in your home country state otherwise. Failure to comply may result in an additional charge. Contact us about pet-friendly alternatives.

Flights and Passport Requirements

• Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay. Otherwise, you may not be permitted to travel to Honduras.
• Direct flights from the United States to Roatán (RTB) are available with:
  • American Airlines from Miami and Dallas
  • United Airlines from Houston and Denver
  • Delta Air Lines from Atlanta
