Each bedroom includes a private bathroom. There is also a service room, ideal for bringing your own staff or nannies for children. Many guests use this room depending on the number of people in their group.

You will find everything you need here to make your holiday memorable. The private beach club is luxurious, and golf cart transportation is available throughout the complex.

Location

The location is excellent, with the main attraction being its close proximity to La Isla shopping center. A special entrance is located just 20 meters from the tower, allowing easy access to the mall without needing a car. This is convenient for families with strollers and children.

At night, the location remains practical with Harry’s restaurant directly across from the apartment and SHU restaurant only 50 meters away.

Guest Access and Amenities

The complex is designed with families in mind, offering amenities for both children and adults. Facilities include:

To reach the beach club, guests must request a golf cart ride. The beach club provides restaurant and bar services and welcomes children.

Additional Information

Daily cleaning service is mandatory. The cost is 400 pesos per day, increasing to 600 pesos for groups larger than eight people. The cleaning staff is trustworthy, patient, and excellent with small children. She can also prepare simple meals such as chilaquiles, quesadillas, and eggs, as well as more elaborate dishes. Cooking service costs an additional 200 pesos per day.

Guests may bring outside food, and if needed, a taxi service can be arranged. Payment for cleaning and cooking services is made directly to the staff in cash, deposit, or transfer, covering the entire duration of the stay.

For groups of ten or more, an extra person fee of 750 pesos per night applies. Extra mattresses are available, and additional guests can use the living room and service room. This applies to babies, children, and adults.

Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee of 1,500 pesos each, subject to confirmation.

Residential Rules

The number of people allowed in common areas depends on the apartment size:

• Up to 120 m²: 6 people
• 121 to 160 m²: 8 people
• 161 to 200 m²: 10 people
• 201 to 240 m²: 12 people
• 241 to 280 m²: 14 people
• More than 281 m²: 16 people

Fines for Infractions

• Coolers or use of different towels in pools: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Pets in restricted areas or elevators: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Use of inflatables exceeding 120 cm: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Service staff or nannies using pools: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Hanging towels or clothes on balcony rails: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Excessive noise or disturbances on terraces (parties): 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Throwing trash or spitting from balconies: 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Pets inside pools: 15,000 pesos (direct fine)
• Driving over 25 km/h in parking lots: 2,000 pesos (second warning)
• Use of quad bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, or cars on cycling and pedestrian paths (except Bali to beach club section): 5,000 pesos (second warning)
• Introducing vendors to common areas or concessioned beach without authorization: 3,000 pesos (second warning)
• Using common areas without badge or bracelet: 1,500 pesos per person (second warning)
• Parking in unauthorized spots or disabled parking for over 15 minutes without consent: 2,000 pesos (second warning)
• Other violations as specified in regulations: 1,000 pesos (second warning)
