Completed in 2015, this custom-designed villa sits at one of the highest points on the island and offers panoramic views of the bay, ocean, and Cancun skyline from every room. The rooftop provides sweeping views across the entire island, while both sunrises and sunsets are especially impressive.

Outdoor Living
A spacious covered outdoor kitchen and living area overlooks the pool. It includes:

- A wall-mounted 55-inch television for watching movies or sports
Pool
The pool measures approximately 14 × 22 feet. One-third of the pool is about 1 foot deep and designed for lounging or splashing with young children. The remaining two-thirds is approximately 4 feet deep.
A portable playpen or crib is also available.
Important Information
Please remember that the villa is located on an island in Mexico. Although rare, Wi-Fi and power outages can occur and cannot be guaranteed against.
The listed address is not exact because Airbnb would not accept the correct address; however, the map location is accurate. Casa Hermosa is directly across from Garrafon Park, and all taxi drivers know the property.
Please do not bring stray dogs into the house or feed them on the property. Many stray dogs on Isla unfortunately have ticks and other ailments.

We loved our stay at Casa Hermosa. The property was exactly as described in the Punta Sur area. It’s a gorgeous property with lots to do nearby and stunning views. We had a wonderful stay and loved every minute we got to spend at this gorgeous property.

A beautiful home, away from the busy North end of the island. It was perfect! A short walk to a couple of great restaurants and a mini mart. The view from the balcony was amazing! I am so happy we picked this home for our vacation stay on the island!!

We had a party of 8. Enjoyed our stay on the Island. Enjoyed lots of good local food places, the beach, and snorkelling. The house was fairly clean but remember you are in Mexico and there standard of cleanliness doesn't seem as high. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Case Hermosa was the perfect home for our group of eight. It is beautiful and exactly as described. The property manager meets you when you arrive and is so nice and very responsive to any issue that may arise. We usually like to watch the sunset from Playa Norte, but the rooftop views from Casa Hermosa are equally amazing to watch the sunset. We loved the location on the southern part of the island. You won’t regret renting this home. We will return for sure!

The house was nicer than the photos. The location was perfect. Right across from Garrafon Park and within walking distance of some good restaurants. Loved being on the Southern area of the island. Private, quiet area. Also, a very accommodating host. Perfect to get around with a golf cart.

We traveled to Isla de mujeres for a family vacation. This property exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean & well-maintained. The bathrooms were huge, the kitchen had everything we needed, & there were mini- split air conditioners in the bedrooms, making for comfortable sleeping. I knew that we weren't supposed to drink the tap, water, so was prepared to buy bottled water while there. But they had a water cooler with filtered water that was provided! That was a happy surprise. The views from the roof were beautiful, & the neighborhood was quiet. There is a restaurant/bar within easy walking distance, along with a beach club that has lounge chairs/umbrellas/ bathrooms/etc, for $7. On our last day, we had been on the beach all day, & came home to no running water in the house. It was 7 pm, & I really didn't think it would be fixed, & we might have to travel home sweaty & sandy. Ugh. I emailed, & within 30 minutes, someone was there & got the water running again. Wow!!
