Guest Access

• Guests must complete the online check-in process before arrival.
• Check-in is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• VIP airport transportation is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reservations are required in advance.

House Rules and Important Information

• Colombian residents must pay an additional 19% VAT upon arrival, as required by law.
• All guests and visitors must be registered before entering the property.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted. Violations incur a $300 USD fine, and repeated violations may result in cancellation without a refund.
• Additional guests added after check-in are subject to a fee of $50 USD per person, up to the property’s maximum capacity.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors. Violations incur a $150 USD fine.
• Parties are not allowed. Violations incur a $300 USD fine.
• Loud music is not permitted during quiet hours. Moderate volume is allowed during the day, provided it respects neighbors and community rules. Violations incur a $150 USD fine.
• Failure to follow the nighttime entry protocol incurs a $150 USD fine.
• The first towel change is complimentary. Additional towel changes are subject to a fee.
• An inventory inspection will be conducted at check-in. Damaged or missing items at checkout will be charged accordingly.
• Illegal substances and firearms are prohibited.
• Prostitution is strictly prohibited.
• Guests under 18 years old are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

Minors Policy

In accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, Casa Fiora Provenza strictly prohibits the exploitation and sexual abuse of children and adolescents. These crimes are punishable under Colombian law.

If a guest brings a minor to the property:

• A $1,000 USD fine will be charged.
• The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
• The guest will be responsible for any financial damages caused to the property or company.
• The incident will be reported to the police immediately.
