Enjoy 4,200 square feet of luxury oceanfront living in this stunning five-bedroom, 14th-floor corner residence overlooking the Bay of Banderas.
The expansive terrace features two hammocks and a full dining table. Retractable glass walls open to unobstructed views of the bay, the Sierra Madre mountains, and violet sunsets.
The Space

Five spacious bedrooms provide comfortable retreats, each with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. With tasteful furnishings and generous shared spaces, the residence is designed for relaxing, productive, and entertaining stays.
An extra-person fee applies per night for guests beyond the sixth person.
Pets are permitted for an additional fee of MXN 4,000. A pet fee may apply.
The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is available for preparing meals and snacks. The tower also features a rooftop restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, with room service available as well.
Note: The jacuzzi is currently unavailable.
The pool facilities are available for guest use.
Guest Access and Important Information
- A resort fee of MXN 518 per night, not per person, is payable at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from Maxwell Residences.
- A MXN 5,000 security deposit will be authorized on your credit card at check-in and released after the property is inspected at departure.
- Outside drinks, alcohol, food, and snacks are not permitted in the pool areas.
- All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest identification at the entrance.

Fitness Center
The fully equipped, ocean-view fitness center is open 24 hours a day. No reservation is required.
Private Parking
One parking space is available in the underground garage.
Directions
- Head south on Highway 200.
- Turn right onto Santa Barbara.
- Take the immediate short left onto Amapas.
- Turn immediately right to approach the Indah building entrance.
The entrance is approximately 100 feet down the road, behind the old but newly remodeled Casa Pedro.
About Indah
Indah is a privately owned condominium building with 46 units. Its staff provides a personalized vacation experience that differs from a traditional hotel stay. Guests enjoy the comforts of a private residence along with amenities and a dedicated team prepared to enhance their visit.
Getting to the Beach
Take the pebbled street outside Indah and follow it for approximately 200 meters. Turn right to reach the public beach.
House Rules
- Speakers are not permitted at the pool.
- Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
- Music is not permitted on the balcony at any time.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on balconies.
- Parties are not permitted.
Violations may result in immediate eviction.

My only complaint is the master bath had mildew. It was my second time staying here and that’s literally my only complaint. I would 10/10 stay here again everything is perfect from location to stay to host. To views all of it I’ll prob be back in a few months. They made me like this place so much I want to buy a place here

The building is nice with a great roof pool, location and gym. The restaurant food is good and the people who work at the building are great. Unit kitchen is well equipped. Less positive, the building and unit are loud. There is noise from neighbors (only a small divider between balconies) and neighborhood noise (expected in Mexico but it’s a lot in this unit). The master doors slide to the dining room and do not latch or lock. The 5th bedroom (also a sliding door) is connected to the master closet. The balcony furniture is not designed for lounging with a group. One hammock is falling apart. Lots of elevator issues during our stay. We did not see or meet anyone from Maxwell until the check out day when someone tried to tell us there was a charge to store our luggage for two hours. Left a bitter taste as we’d previously texted about storing bags and there was no mention of fee. Great vacation but I wouldn’t book this unit again.

Fabulous place for a small reunion of 6 women. Loved the combination of having our own place to hang out, plus a bar and restaurant in the building. The balcony is wonderful for watching birds and whales. The concierge was great and helped arrange a private chef for us. I would highly recommend. We would stay here again if we come back to PVR. Thank you!
