My only complaint is the master bath had mildew. It was my second time staying here and that’s literally my only complaint. I would 10/10 stay here again everything is perfect from location to stay to host. To views all of it I’ll prob be back in a few months. They made me like this place so much I want to buy a place here

The building is nice with a great roof pool, location and gym. The restaurant food is good and the people who work at the building are great. Unit kitchen is well equipped. Less positive, the building and unit are loud. There is noise from neighbors (only a small divider between balconies) and neighborhood noise (expected in Mexico but it’s a lot in this unit). The master doors slide to the dining room and do not latch or lock. The 5th bedroom (also a sliding door) is connected to the master closet. The balcony furniture is not designed for lounging with a group. One hammock is falling apart. Lots of elevator issues during our stay. We did not see or meet anyone from Maxwell until the check out day when someone tried to tell us there was a charge to store our luggage for two hours. Left a bitter taste as we’d previously texted about storing bags and there was no mention of fee. Great vacation but I wouldn’t book this unit again.

Fabulous place for a small reunion of 6 women. Loved the combination of having our own place to hang out, plus a bar and restaurant in the building. The balcony is wonderful for watching birds and whales. The concierge was great and helped arrange a private chef for us. I would highly recommend. We would stay here again if we come back to PVR. Thank you!
