Beautiful house perfectly located next to banana beach. Amazing outdoor space and pool was great for a small group. Amazing concierge and staff. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed a week of extended family time here, combination of adults and children. Each room with its own bathroom was helpful and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The house cleaner came each morning and changed towels, linens, cleaned up the kitchen, etc - she was very kind and helpful. Note there is no dishwasher and seating to eat for more than 4 is outdoors only. The beach is a few hundred feet away which made it easy for shorter visits and kid trips back to the bathroom or for snacks. The sunsets were beautiful and at low tide The little pools in the rocks were nice to explore! The home is nearby the main road in town which has many restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream spots and more all within walking distance. There is a bar next door that had louder music one night until 11p or so which didn't impact us much but just an FYI for others!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is charming, beautifully maintained, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the beach and several great restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The cleaning lady and all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend it!

Amazing place, best location ever. 30 second walk to the beach

We had a great stay in Santa Teresa. The house is wonderful, right by the beach and walking distance to the main strip of all different restaurants. Service was great with the house being cleaned/refreshed each day. Would 10/10 recommend.

This house is gorgeous, just what we needed. 1 minute to the beach, the private pool was so nice, we felt safe and well taken care of. Catalina, our conciegere was super responsive and amazing. She met us, showed us the home, and set us up with an ATV and a boat trip we will never forget. Having the daily housekeeping, at first, we weren't sure if we needed it, but Aracely was so sweet, and the girls loved the fresh fruit plates she prepared almost every day. Total perk! I guess the only downside is that the Banana Beach Club next door is really loud at night (not every night). It was a great place to hang out and have some fun. Other than that, great location close to lots of restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets.

This property is amazing. The location is 1 minute walk to either restaurants or beach. House feels more like you are staying in a hotel rather than a personal home. We stayed at the property with myself and husband, our two teenage sons (17 and 15) and my elderly parents. It was the perfect space for us all. The location is great for teens and safe for them to walk around on their own. There is a housekeeper daily who is at the house almost all day. She is amazing!! Having her is an absolute bonus to renting this home. There is also a wonderful concierge who is so helpful in booking excursions and reservations. The home is on a small private street which has a private security guard patrolling it all night. We would come back in a heartbeat. Have already sent the link to home to our friends and family.

Best vacation ever, and seriously thanks to this place. It was incredibly clean, the service was amazing, right on the beach and the pool is fantastic. We had the best time, really hope to come back and wouldn't do it any other way!

Lovely!! So sad to leave! Fantastic location, such a premium to not have to cross the busy dusty road to get to the beach. Catalina, the concierge, gave us all details on a silver platter…incredibly helpful! Aracely the housekeeper was simply wonderful!

Loved this place!! Just some steps from the beach, close to plenty of restaurants and stores but still very private. Perfect for groups. The house is extremely comfortable.
