Villa Luna is a beachfront property in Cancun’s exclusive Hotel Zone, offering spectacular Caribbean views, two pools, a tennis court, and a new game room in the garage. The villa has direct access to more than 2 miles of walkable beach, as well as a spacious beachfront terrace with a private pool, barbecue, and hanging lights.
The gated community and property are protected by private security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Space
Villa Luna is located directly on the beach and is approximately 18 minutes from the airport. It is one of the largest beachfront villas in the area and features one of the biggest beachfront terraces in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, on the beachside rather than the less-coveted lagoon side.
The villa includes:
- A private infinity pool available 24 hours a day
- Up to 120 pool-light color combinations and a music-synchronized light show
- Unlimited access to a second pool
- A tennis court
- Complimentary tennis rackets and balls
- A paddleboard and kayak
- Board games
- Access to Disney+, Star+, Paramount+, HBO+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix
- Direct access to the beachfront cycling path
- Up to three complimentary parking spaces:
- Two spaces at the house entrance
- One space 15 meters away
The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to a patio.
Beachfront Outdoor Area
The beachfront outdoor area includes:
- Hanging lights
- A barbecue
- Torches

- A private infinity pool with a customizable light show
This setting is suitable for celebrations, special evenings, dinners, and cookouts. Guests can also enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Caribbean.

Villa Luna is approximately 1 minute from the restaurants at the beautiful Puerto Cancun Marina and Shopping Center. Nearby attractions and activities include:

- Pirate boat cruises with dinner and a show

- Catamaran tours
World-class restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are less than 10 minutes away.
A bus stop is located approximately 20 seconds down the block, with high-quality service. Taxis can also be requested at the main gate 24 hours a day.
The nearby GoMart convenience store is accessible by bicycle in under 20 seconds. It offers drinks, snacks, food, and alcohol at the La Europea section.
Chef and Staff Services
A chef and staff are available for an additional fee. The chef is from Grand Velas Resort, which is known in Mexico for its award-winning cuisine.
The chef can:
- Prepare three meals per day from a personalized menu or the chef’s menu
- Prepare drinks and snacks throughout the day
- Help create a grocery budget before arrival
Chef pricing:
- For 1–6 guests: $149 per night, plus tax
- Each additional guest: $25 per night, plus tax
The chef service includes a maid who assists the chef, cleans the kitchen and dining areas, serves meals, and can bring prepared drinks and snacks to the beach, tennis court, or either pool.
Chef, cleaning, and grocery payments are nonrefundable.
Concierge Services
A luxury concierge service is available to help arrange experiences and reservations, often at significant discounts. Services may include:

Guest Capacity
Although the villa can accommodate up to 16 guests, it is best suited for 12–14 adults with a maximum of 2–4 children.

Check-Out Policy
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A fee of $250 per additional hour applies for departures after this time.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, the beachfront areas, the pools, the tennis court, and the available recreational equipment.

Beautiful condo, right on the water! Highlights included enough space for all 13 of us (three families with 6 kids), private view of the ocean, private beach and private pool where kids played endlessly. There is a larger pool just across the street that was also terrific, warm and always open. There were more than enough amenities in the home including shampoo, soap, towels, a kayak and paddleboaed, BBQ and almost everything you'd have at home in the kitchen to cook. Host was incredibly responsive, timely with communication and answered all of our questions. Fresh bottled water was brought everyday in a large jug as well. Would definitely recommend the chef service (they make the meals and clean up everything - super helpful with young kids). There is a GoMart (nice convience store) just a 3min walk north and plenty of other shops including a starbucks just a 5-10min walk south. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would stay again for sure. 5 stars!

Hosted my sisters bachelorette weekend here and it was amazing. The host is extremely responsive and super flexible. We booked the chef for a day and it was incredibly convenient. Overall great experience!

Booked for a bachelorette for 8 women! The transportation coordination was good but could have been a little smoother—we all got in at different times into different arrival terminals which made it challenging, but the transportation contact was very responsive. Ultimately we made it safely, just had to wait around at the airport longer than we would’ve liked. It was a little hard to meet up with the driver because the contact person was not the driver, just an agency rep/point person. Transport on the return leg after our trip was on time and very easy. The in-home chef was great and was also very responsive! Definitely needed some translation help with apps on our phones because none of us fluently spoke Spanish, but we were able to get everything we needed and the food was delicious! House itself was great and it literally is right on the beach so a little seaweed-ish smelling at times outside. Nico was helpful prior to the trip as well!

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cancun! From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. They even assisted us with booking a boat day and arranging transportation for getting around, which made planning so seamless and stress-free. There were seven of us, and the space was more than enough — everyone had plenty of room and never felt cramped. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful and being right on the beach was a dream. It’s located in a very quiet, gated community that felt incredibly safe, yet it’s still close to everything so getting around was easy and convenient. We also opted for the private chef experience, and I can’t recommend it enough. It was not only very affordable but truly fantastic. The chef was so sweet and attentive she even served as our waitress, and the food was amazing. It elevated the entire trip. Everything was spotless, organized, and so easy from start to finish. It was perfect!
