Parking

Las Catalinas is a car-free community. Guests arriving by car can use valet parking for a fee, listed as $24 as of January 2024.

We strongly recommend coordinating and paying for valet parking in advance with the concierge team to avoid lines and other arrival inconveniences. Valet service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Las Catalinas Beach Club

Guests staying at Plaza Mercado 22 receive access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club, with savings of $30 plus tax per person, per night included in the reservation.

The beach club offers a beautifully designed space with a pool and gym, creating a comfortable and convenient place to spend the day. Food, refreshing drinks, and additional wellness services—including a sauna and cold plunge pool—are available for purchase.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome in this unit. Guests traveling with a dog must follow these requirements:

• A refundable $300 deposit is required in case of damage.
• An additional $50 cleaning fee applies.
• Dogs must be approved in advance, be at least one year old, and be fully house-trained.
• A photo of the dog is required during the approval process.
• Puppies are not permitted.
