The Space
Casa Villa del Sol is a 4,500-square-foot (418-square-meter), three-level home. The listing price includes exclusive use of the entire property, which consists of three private spaces:
- Two two-bedroom, three-bathroom villas
- One one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio casita
The property is within a five-minute walk of the beach and a 15-minute walk of the town plaza.
Villa I occupies the upper level, while Villa II is located on the middle level. The Studio Casita is situated at pool level.
Each villa includes:
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom
- A half bathroom off the living and great room
The Studio Casita features:
- A queen-size bed
- An en-suite bathroom

An Incredible Hillside Paradise — A Must-Visit! We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning 3-villa property! The villas themselves were wonderful—exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and featuring gorgeous, fully equipped kitchens and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The pool studio was just the right size—not too small, but cozy and functional. The pool area was hands down one of our favorite parts of the trip, complete with breathtaking views that made every morning and sunset special. The only thing to note is that the property is situated on a very steep hill, so a golf cart rental is definitely recommended (and can make getting around a lot easier). Finally, our host was phenomenal—incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. We would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot with multiple spaces for a group to spread throughout and housekeeping available. The hill is very steep to the point where if your uber doesn’t have a high clearance vehicle they may not want to drive up it.

Wow what a beautiful location and home to spend time in! This house and views are stunning, the pool is a wonderful addition, and Priscilla’s recommendations were a must do. We could’ve spent ages just staring at the scenery. One note: this is on a very steep hill. That is noted in the description, but golf carts struggle to get up and down this hill in rain or sun. 4 wheel drive or rangers are a must have instead.

Loved our stay. Had 10 ppl here for my husband's bday and it couldn't have been more perfect for the 5 couples. Each room had it's own private bathroom, A/C and spacious closets. To Note: -It is imperative you rent a strong golf cart. That rocky hill is a nightmare to walk up otherwise. -There's a great breakfast spot just past the bottom of the hill, CHAMAN. Loved their smoothies and dishes. Some pros: The stunning view from the house (the top floor villa had shower views during sunset that brought me to a state of euphoria haha). Pool area and landscaping were gorgeous. Priscilla, the host, was highly communicative and helpful. Drinking water is provided, and ample at the house-- you will not run out. Some cons: NO TOILETRIES were provided. Not a single travel size shampoo, conditioner or even bar of soap. I think basic necessities like these should be provided for every airbnb/hotel. The chef's food was very basic and bland/ no seasoning. Convenient though.

Nice house with great sunsets. Golf cart was great for the hill as we had babies and strollers. Best to book private transportation to/from airport as many Ubers don’t make it up the hill. The pool is quite shaded. We had 8 adults sitting on the far side trying to get sun. Kitchen is pretty equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

The space is very large and the pool and view are amazing. Well worth the money. The hill is no joke though our FWD SUV wouldn’t make it up you need the golf cart lol
