This private mountain farm spans 40,000 square meters and is nestled close to downtown San José. Surrounded by lush forest, it offers a diverse array of trees, birds, and butterflies. Whether you're looking to relax with loved ones or find inspiration for your work, this space provides authentic experiences with its own mountain and river setting.

Guest Access

Guests can enter the property without any in-person contact. A security code will be provided, and the main gate can be opened via a digital app. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time to facilitate smooth access.

The property is very private. The only other person you may encounter is the maintenance gentleman who shares the garage area; he is respectful and trustworthy. Once your car is inside, he will leave the premises.

Surroundings and Additional Information

The property is surrounded by forest, fruit trees, and a river, offering numerous spots for walking and relaxation. You can feel safe both inside the property and in the surrounding area, as the neighbors are friendly.

There is a path leading to a bench that is perfect for watching sunsets or stargazing. Additionally, there is a secure area designated for bonfires.

Please note that this is a family-owned property. Guests are expected to respect private spaces, and other houses and the pool area are off-limits.

Very nice, spacious and secluded house. Perfect escape from the city and its noise and pollution. Also perfect escape from typical Costa Rican heat. Lots of fresh cool air here coming from the forests nearby, with amazing scent. Lots of birds live in the area and they sing non stop, some of them rare. We were very happy to meet some rare Costa Rican insects and spiders too, and the best part that none of them were dangerous, all friendly. There were no mosquitoes nor flies, that’s unique for this country. At night we heard owls calls somewhere above the roof, which was super cute. The house was very clean, located in very quiet area, the host is very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay, the only thing to highlight is that the Uber service does not arrive, and the tub does not work properly

We had a problem upon arrival at the accommodation, however, Valery was always available to successfully solve it. Other than that, the place is as indicated in the publication, very private and the cabin is very spacious and comfortable. We had a great time and recommend the accommodation.

The place is very nice, surrounded by a lot of nature, a lot of privacy, the house is very nice and equipped and very attentive !!! I highly recommend them and I would come back!!!
