Overview

Welcome to Villa Alexa, a classic Mexican villa updated in September 2023 with the comforts of modern living. Spanning 10,000 square feet, this spacious estate is ideal for large groups and intimate weddings.

The villa is located in the upscale Conchas Chinas neighborhood, known as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, near the Zona Romántica. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from every level, expansive terraces, an infinity pool, and full staff service throughout their stay.

The Space

Villa Alexa was designed by the owner with classic Mexican architectural details, including:

• Vaulted clay-tile ceilings
• Juliet balconies
• Intricate wrought-iron accents
• Colorful stained-glass windows
• Cantera tile throughout

The indoor-outdoor design makes it easy to enjoy Puerto Vallarta’s pleasant climate. Guests can spend their days on the villa’s spacious terraces, enjoying a leisurely brunch with ocean and mountain views or sipping specialty cocktails prepared by the in-house mixologist beside the infinity pool while watching the sunset.

Each of the nine ocean-view bedrooms includes:

• A private en-suite bathroom

• Individual air-conditioning units

Villa Alexa accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.

Staff and Services

Villa Alexa is fully staffed so guests can relax and enjoy their stay without having to manage daily tasks.

Staff members work daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Later service may be arranged for an additional cost through the concierge.

Meal Schedule

• Breakfast: 7:00–9:00 a.m.
• Light lunch: Midday
• Dinner: 6:00–8:00 p.m.

Chef and Assistant

The chef and assistant oversee two meals and one light lunch each day, including preparation, service, and cleanup. Guests are responsible for the cost of ingredients and alcohol.

Housekeeping

Housekeepers make beds, change linens and towels, and clean bathrooms. Housekeeping service is provided from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with no service available after 3:00 p.m.

Personal laundry may be arranged during the stay, time permitting, for a maximum of 5–10 items per stay.

Grocery Shopping

An assigned villa shopper will purchase groceries for meals, as well as any additional snacks, beverages, and alcohol requested by guests. Receipts will be provided for reimbursement the day before departure.

A shopping fee is charged based on the total of the presented receipts:

• 15% for credit card payments
• 10% for cash payments

Reimbursement may be made in cash, in pesos or U.S. dollars at the current peso exchange rate, or by credit card.

Tipping

The suggested gratuity is $30 USD per guest per night. The communal tip should be placed in a sealed envelope signed by the guest and will be distributed among staff according to assigned percentages.

For example, for a four-night stay with 16 guests:

1. 4 nights × $30 USD = $120 USD per guest
2. $120 USD × 16 guests = $1,920 USD total
3. The $1,920 USD is provided in one envelope for distribution according to staff percentages.

Full concierge services are provided for every group staying at the villa. The concierge can assist with:

• Grocery pre-stocking

• Spa services

Wedding Packages

Villa Alexa has hosted several small, intimate weddings. Custom wedding packages are available based on your budget, with pricing and details provided after booking confirmation.

An experienced in-house event coordinator can assist throughout the planning process and help manage every detail from start to finish.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the villa’s common areas and the bedrooms included in their reservation.

Villa Alexa is a private nine-bedroom luxury villa rented to only one guest group at a time. Guests will never share the villa with other visitors.

Rates and Minimum Stays

Summer Season

• Dates: May 1–October 31
• Minimum stay: 4 nights
• Nightly rate: $2,175 USD, plus taxes and fees

Winter Season

• Dates: November 1–April 30
• Minimum stay: 4 nights
• Nightly rate: $2,450 USD, plus taxes and fees

Christmas Holiday

• Dates: December 18–27
• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Nightly rate: $2,950 USD, plus taxes and fees

New Year Holiday

• Dates: December 27–January 8
• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Nightly rate: $3,900 USD, plus taxes and fees

House Rules and Additional Information

• Noise and music must remain at reasonable levels during the day to respect neighbors and local authorities.
• Excessive noise and amplified music are not permitted between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• For the safety and security of guests, staff, and the villa, outside guests and vendors are not permitted at any time.
• Uber and local taxis typically cost approximately $8 USD for destinations within a 5-mile radius.
• The concierge can provide transportation rates for vans operated by local transportation companies.
• The public beach is an 8–10-minute walk downhill and across the main road.
• Pets must be approved by the owner and should weigh less than 10 pounds.
• An additional pet fee of $50 USD per day, per pet, applies.
