Rolando was very friendly, even gave us coffee. when a/c was broken, fixed it in half an hour. very close to all manuel antonio attractions

Plus side: Nice size, plenty of towels, private parking spot. And having a washer and a place to hang wet clothes was nice. Very convenient to Mountain Top Park (pickup location for some excursions). The negatives were the broken bathroom door and the noise at all hours (people, dogs, roostersâŠ). We got very little sleep. Also, unlike most Airbnbâs, there was no coffee (fine if you arrive early, but not if you arrive late).

Very comfortable, spacious. It has a closed laundry room which was very good for us. The beds were ok! The cleaning was barbaric. The only detail is the noise of the animals around, there are roosters and dogs that bother you from early on. Rolando was very helpful. I recommend it.

Overall the apartment matches the description, some points need to be improved: deteriorated shower room door as well as that of the cellar, small hot water problem that has been resolved, the exterior could be made more pleasant.
