Dream host and villa! Patricia was truly an amazing host, the best we've had on Airbnb. She was quick to respond and so helpful. The villa is in a dream location with oustanding views and everything you need for relaxing on vacation. My family of 6 (all adults) truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful Airbnb. Rojas was very accommodating to ensure we enjoyed your stay. The pool is very nice and clean. Deep enough to stay cool during the day. Pool cleaner comes by every few days. The Airbnb is technically walkable into town; however, the hill is very steep. We chose to uber for about 5 usd each time. The night market is directly at bottom of the neighborhood, which was nice on Thursday night. My main critique would be that the windows are not double pane. They are very thin, which makes it difficult to leave the curtains open during the day due to the heat. They are also not tinted, so it’s very easy to see inside.

Location listing is inaccurate—the property is near Wyndham Tamarindo and is not walkable. The home is brand new, on the market, has beautiful views, a clean pool, and beach towels are provided. The host was responsive and sprayed for bugs upon our arrival. A few issues: very low water pressure, inadequate linens, no trash disposal at the home or instructions, a nonfunctioning dishwasher, incomplete outdoor faucet to rinse sand, and a steep entry ramp. Overall, a beautiful property with great potential!

Excellent stay in Tamarindo! The check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. The property has a beautiful view and is just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the beach. Patricia was fantastic throughout the entire process and was always responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful home that looks exactly like the photos honestly, the pictures don't even do the amazing pool justice! The house was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped with kitchen essentials. We did have a minor issue with the AC, but the host was incredibly responsive and had someone out to fix it very quickly. Just a heads-up for future guests: the listing mentions a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, but it's down some very steep, windy hills and then. You’d have to walk back up which was extremely exhausting for us after a beach day in the sun. We highly recommend having a car or using Uber (which was very cheap and easy). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!
