About Us
We are a circus couple originally from Montreal, Quebec, and Portland, Oregon. After retiring from the circus, we chose to start our family here in Costa Rica.
Location
Our property is situated in the peaceful and safe town of Platanillo, just 10 kilometers from Dominical Beach. Nestled in the mountains, the area cools off in the evenings, providing a refreshing atmosphere. Surrounded by nature, our three-acre land offers a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation.
The Space
We brought the circus lifestyle here by driving caravans all the way from Canada. Each caravan includes:
- Two double beds
- A kitchen
- A bathroom
- A small front deck with chairs and a hammock
Guests have access to:
- A beautiful pool
- A fire pit
- A spacious covered hangout area
The hangout area features:
- A large outdoor kitchen
- Hot water shower
- Board games, puzzles, ping pong, and darts
- Circus equipment such as juggling clubs and balls
- A zipline, slackline, and trampoline
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy the trailers, common areas, fire pit, trampoline, pool, and the zipline for those seeking adventure.
Other Information
Platanillo is a quiet village, so we ask guests to respect the neighbors and other visitors. We also have small children on the property. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Please note, this is not a party location.

The accommodation and surroundings are great. I don't give it 5 stars due to lack of cleanliness in the common bathroom and bad smell in the bedding. Even so, the experience was good and I recommend the accommodation, especially for families with children.

We had the most incredible stay with Jp and Emma! From the moment we stepped out of the car we were greeted with open arms. They are so helpful and knowledgeable of the area if you have any questions! But this is so much more than your standard Air Bnb! They have a trampoline, a Slackline, a zip line and a pool! If you are lucky enough to catch JP or Emma on the trampoline or Slackline or anything they touch, I’m sure it will blow your mind! They are so very talented! Any time were we hanging out in the communal areas we were treated with kindness from every other person there as well as made some friends in the process ! This was one of the coolest and most unique stays Ive ever had. If you’re thinking about booking a stay here, do it now before it’s too late ! I’m certain you will not regret it. Excellent service from Jean-Philippe. It was a great experience to stay in a Camper with my family!!! The pool was spotless. Great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, waterfalls, beach.

loved everything. served all my needs. tranquil quiet secure. everything was provided. and no dirty electricity/router radiation to deal with. great location close to everything i needed, beautiful drive. these mountains are stunning. Will be back, hopefully for a longer stay!

Enjoyed my stay so much, Jean-Philippe and his family made me feel like home, nice and calm property with lots of stuff to do, they even have a Trampoline, professional one where I could practice my forgotten skills, pool surrounded by nature, where you can see toucans, there is a bonfire area, in the evening you can sit by the bonfire, I wanted to stay as long as possible, had a great recharge, highly recommend!!!
