Homes in tropical climates such as Playa del Carmen require ongoing care. If a maintenance issue occurs during your stay, the responsive local support team is available on-site to assist promptly.

Security Deposit and Rental Agreement

Because the property is connected to Airbnb through API software, guests are responsible for any damages to the home. A security deposit of $1,500 USD is required and is fully refundable, or guests may choose a nonrefundable $59 fee. This charge is handled outside the Airbnb platform and appears at Airbnb checkout just below the total.

A private rental agreement must be signed after booking through Airbnb.
