The Space
This luxury ocean-view home features four bedrooms, each designed as a private suite with its own bathroom. The residence combines modern style with comfortable living. A large, private saltwater swimming pool adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
The main floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, and a spacious living room, all arranged in an open and airy layout. Also on this level are the laundry area, the expansive Owner's Suite, and Suite #2. Suites #3 and #4 are located upstairs.
There are no shared spaces or amenities; guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
Guest Access
Guests receive a custom PIN code for the front door, allowing flexible arrival anytime after 3 pm.

Casa de Palmas is perfectly positioned between Dominical and Uvita, in the charming coastal town of Dominicalito, Costa Rica. This location offers easy access to Dominical Beach, known for excellent surfing and sunbathing opportunities. Guests will find the following starter supplies provided:
- Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (125 grams)
- Coffee filters
- Cooking oil
- Dish soap and sponge
- Starter dishwasher soap (if applicable)
- Salt and pepper
- Paper towels and napkins
- Shampoo, soap, and hand soap in every bathroom and sink
- Starter laundry detergent
- Toilet paper and one box of Kleenex per bathroom
- Trash bags
Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter set.
A Pak-n-Play or baby travel bed is available to rent for an additional $50 USD. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Wonderful stay surrounded by the forest with a fabulous ocean view. These are the first words that comes to my mind when looking back to the recent stay. Peaceful location, great view, few minutes to beach or village, great restaurants around, supermarket is down the road. The house is great, spacious, well equipped and the host/manager is very responsive. a 4x4 is indeed a must in the rainy season at least 😉

The house was just what you see in the photos. The location and access were quite good. The cleanliness of the place and the comfort were just what we were looking for. We had a problem upon arrival with a bad light, which we know is common in this area, but the host was always available and attentive to solve it for us in the best way possible. We were satisfied and grateful.

Eight of us friends went to celebrate one of our birthdays. The place is beautiful, and the house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Everything was properly organized and very easy to find. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable, the pool is exquisite, and the surroundings are charming, surrounded by the lush nature typical of the area. When they recommend using a 4X4 vehicle, you have to listen!!! Because it is very necessary to get to the house. Definitely super recommended and we definitely want to go back to that magical place. Regarding the management company, they couldn't be more efficient! Thank you so much for all the support.

We stayed in this house because of the convenient layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms, since there were a total of 7 of us. It fully met our expectations. It was organized, fully equipped, and the view was wonderful. However, keep in mind that the street is unpaved, and the last climb to reach the garage gets a bit slippery if it rains. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

3-night reservation at Casa de Palmas, 4 people! A nice location nestled in the Dominicalito mountain! For 4x4 adventurers, the route offers those qualities! The house has good amenities for cooking and enjoying the day! The area offers many places to visit! The host always responds on time and provides information and availability to improve the stay!
