Nathalie was an amazing hosts and was very communicative in terms of help and navigation. I honestly don’t think the photos on her listing does her home justice. The views, the people in the village, and the experience was something I will carry forever. If someone was to ask me what was the worse thing, id say the spiders in the home haha ! THEY’RE SCARY LOOKING. Thanks Nathalie.

This place is amazing; it has views that are hard to find elsewhere. It is exactly as shown in the photos, and perhaps even better. Nathalie was friendly and answered all our questions about getting to the place. There are restaurants and perfect places to spend time. The dirt road can be a bit confusing, but it's advisable to call the caretaker so you don't get lost. I would go back a thousand times to this little corner of nature ❤️

I know Lake Atitlán and its towns well. But after staying at Casa de Nathalie in Atitlán, going to Casa de Nathalia in Jaibalito is a must. In terms of tranquility, design, scenery, decor, connectivity, and the amenities provided in the house, a 5 out of 5. In terms of the performance of the host and their team, 5 out of 5—SUPERHOST. There is a restaurant in Jaibalito. Remember to bring cash, and you have to walk up, but every step is worth it for one of the best views I've ever had.

First and foremost, the view from this property is breathtaking and unmatchable! This alone earns my 5-star rating. ✨ At the same time, I think it is important to mention for others considering it that getting up to the property (not just the first time, but every time you go up and down) is a TREK - a steep, uphill, through the trees, over rocks trek (and, if you're like us, at a higher elevation than your body is used to). We stayed here with kids (ages 6-10), and the walk was HARD! But apart from that (even despite that) the place was worth it. Nathalie was very responsive and Venturo (the property manager) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Words of advice: Take the time tuk tuk up the big hill!!!! Bring ear plugs for nighttime. And plan to settle in. But book it. Absolutely, if you can hike, BOOK IT!

Nathalie’s home was absolutely everything I was looking for staying on Lake Atitlan. Her home is private and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Aside from the amazing stay, the people of Jaibalito are friendly and always asking if they can help you. This is one place I’ll never forget. Thank you Nathalie!!

Nathalie’s place was amazing. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Jaibalito is a small village, mostly made up of Mayan families, which made the experience feel really unique and peaceful. There are only a few restaurants in town, but it never felt inconvenient. The walk up to the house is definitely steep, but it’s 100% worth it once you see the views. Ventura was incredibly kind and always available whenever we needed anything. We asked to use the hot tub every night, and it was ready for us by 4pm each day without fail. The house feels really special, and staying here was absolutely worth it.

Really beautiful area and enjoyed looking out at the town. The town feels intimate and the people are quite welcoming. Venturo is also amazing, helping us navigate the town and being very attentive. Would for sure recommend this place to anyone staying at the lake.
