The Space
The bedrooms feature queen-size beds with exceptionally comfortable mattresses and high-quality 100% cotton sheets. The master bedroom includes a desk for remote work and a smart TV equipped with Apple TV and Netflix. It also has a window that opens to a lovely garden view.
Upstairs, there are two bathrooms: a spacious full bathroom with hot water and a half bathroom located directly opposite.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that includes an air fryer and a dining table that seats four. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a 70-inch flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Outside, there is a wooden dining table accompanied by a bench. Throughout the property, you will notice unique art pieces crafted from recycled materials, as shown in the photos.
The pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and trees. It features a charming gazebo with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals by the pool.
Laundry facilities are communal, and guests staying seven nights or longer will receive a card to access the laundry area.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the laundry facilities (for stays of seven nights or more), pool area, and gardens.

- Parking is available on the street and is not assigned.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
- Pets are allowed but are not permitted on beds or sofas. Any pet hair found on bedding or sofas, or damages caused by pets, will incur additional charges.
- Hot water is available only in the showers; kitchen and sink faucets do not provide hot water.

Such a lovely place, really easy to get into town and to the beach by foot, but the place is a haven of peace and quiet with trees and like a little pueblo, so cute. Very safe as well. We loved it there and felt immediately at home

I spend a week in this cute townhouse and my husband, two kids and I had a great, time in Costa Rica I definitely come back and stay at the same place … amazing location and feel very safe and comfortable

Walkable area. Airbnb was like photos, just a bit worn. A/C worked great; stove had some issues despite following instructions. Appreciated the plentiful towels (including beach towels!) and hair dryer provided. Host could have been more gracious. We requested an early check in. It was not granted, which is okay, but then we had to wait for the cleaners to finish before we could check in at the agreed upon time. Lots of ants in the shower.

Great place to stay. Really calm, the kitchen is perfect to cook, we appreciate the outside table for coffee in the morning. The pool is nice as well. Very quiet.

We had the best stay here! Quiet, peaceful place, tucked away but still easily walkable into town. There’s great restaurants and coffee just steps from the front gate. The pool is a perfect place to escape to after a busy day. Yes, there are monkeys around! AC in both bedrooms and main living area kept us cool and comfortable no matter where we were in the house. Beach chairs and several pool towels available. We were able to comfortably cook in the kitchen for when we wanted to stay in. Outdoor shower was refreshing and handy after a day at the beach or a run. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. I traveled solo and felt safe in the gated community, great Wi-Fi for working remote. Close to the beach and restaurants. Saw monkeys and adorable little skunks. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the little patio and enjoying the peaceful setting, would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Super spacious and located in a beautiful gated community, which made it feel really safe and peaceful. The private patio was such a nice bonus, and you can’t beat the location, just a short walk to the beach and super close to restaurants, shops, etc. Had everything we needed for a super easy, comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

We loved staying here! The space is clean and has everything you need. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained with a lovely pool in a jungle-like setting. Close to so many great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Very walkable location. It was perfect for us with our small child.
