A one-bedroom treetop bungalow on Isla Bastimentos, King Treetop Bungalow overlooks the jungle canopy and bay. Enjoy a king bed, private hot-water shower, daily meals, yoga, and boat access to beaches and marine park waters.
The Space
La Loma is accessible only by boat and occupies a 55-acre property in the heart of the Isla Bastimentos rainforest. The land extends from the mangroves of Bahia Honda Bay, through tropical forest and fruit-tree groves, to the highest point on Isla Bastimentos.
The property borders the National Marine Park, while idyllic white-sand beaches are only a short boat ride away. We are passionate about sharing La Loma’s natural beauty and luxury while protecting its precious environment and inhabitants.
Our King Treetop Bungalow is positioned along the ridge, offering views of the jungle canopy and bay. It includes:
- One king-size bed enclosed by a custom-built canopy mosquito net
- A private bathroom with a hot-water shower
- Handcrafted furniture made on-site from local materials
