Beautiful is truly an understatement. I had the most amazing time celebrating my bachelorette trip at Franqui’s home. Franqui was a great host, very welcoming and accommodating. His co- host Denisse was awesome. The recommendations and assistance with planning she provided was top tier! Being a group of women traveling, safety was definitely a concern but that is not the case for Franqui’s home. Safety and privacy are at the top of the list! If you are considering Franqui’s home for your trip to Tulum, BOOK IT!! Thank you Franqui and Denisse for being apart of making my trip unforgettable!

Franqui was a fantastic host! His team was responsive and very helpful. We loved the house. Our family traveled with my family and our 2 year old. My Dad is in a wheelchair and the host provided a ramp for entry into the villa from there my dad was able to explore all areas of the first floor and outdoor space independently. There’s a tv outside by the grill and a tv in the media room upstairs. It was perfect for our family to disconnect from tv and enjoy our stay. The pool was beautiful but a bit slippery so be careful with kids. Tip: wear slip free socks or bare feet to avoid falls in the house. Bring bug spray. Rent a car. Get groceries from Chedraui - better price point and options. Given the size of our group, wheelchair needs and a 2 year old - we got a rental. You can request a car seat to travel lighter through the airport. We went to the beach which was maybe a 10 min drive. La Zebra is highly recommended. Great food, customer service and kid friendly. Overall book it!!

This was one of the highlights of our trip! Frankie was so so accommodating and accessible at all times. This beautiful retreat had the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, & entertainment, which made it an ideal getaway for our girls trip as we celebrated our friend’s 30th birthday. AirBnB felt very safe and had plenty of spacious living areas that were perfect for relaxation and socializing. This contemporary styled home had 4 luxurious bedrooms with spa-like bathrooms, ensuring every guest had a restful & rejuvenating stay. All amenities that we could have needed were available here, which made our stay stress-free. And now onto the best part…the backyard was absolutely STUNNING and such a pleasure to enjoy! The pool, daybeds, lush landscape, & comfy lounge seating made it feel like we were in a private oasis. We would 10/10 would recommend staying at this AirBnB if you are looking for a luxurious experience and want to unwind in style. Thank you Frankie for being the best host!

This house and host are great. The pictures do not do the place justice great place. Please be advised you will need to rent a car. The house location is in the middle of the jungle and is not in walking distance to anything.
