Important Information

Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum. We do our best to keep guests comfortable when this occurs, but we recommend being aware of the possibility in advance. When the power goes out, the water supply may also be affected. These services are typically restored within a few hours.

Please use towels reasonably, as they are not changed daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. Stained, damaged, or lost towels will be charged at the replacement cost.

Insects are a natural part of life in a jungle environment. The villas are fumigated twice a month, but insects may still occasionally enter the property. This is normal and does not indicate an unclean space. Please avoid mistreating or killing them, and do not leave food exposed, as insects may be attracted to it.
