As part of the community, guests have authorized access to common areas within the Quivira development. This includes certain internal roads, beach access, and designated consumption areas. Access is non-exclusive and governed by Quivira’s internal regulations.

We had a phenomenal stay at Bennie’s condo. It’s even more beautiful than the photographs. We were so happy hanging out there. It made for a wonderful trip to Cabo. We were two couples. The condo was spacious and spotless. Everything from the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, incredible view, was spectacular. Alfredo and Bennie were so helpful. Whatever we needed, Alfredo responded right away with assistance. The facilities at the complex are wonderful. Go to the pool, go to the beach. Take advantage of all it has to offer! It was, without a doubt, the best place we have stayed in Cabo and we cant wait to go back and stay again! Thank you Bennie!

Great stay for our group of 6. Host was easy to communicate with and was very able and willing to assist in things like transportation or basic home questions. Would definitely recommend. This is in a great location with a community pool that seems to never be used by others in the community. All that’s missing down there is a bbq! But host did a good job of having seasonings and basic kitchenware so we can cook which we took advantage of and was fun. Don’t hesitate to ask them questions during your stay.

Exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful, intimate, and spacious. Decor is simple yet chic. It's a perfect weekend getaway spot. I loved the attention to detail and that the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Coffee is always a great bonus. Host communicated very well, detailed, quick and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this location.

Bennie was very responsive, had groceries waiting in fridge upon our late afternoon arrival. Fantastic place with amazing ocean views (were able to see whales from our balcony).

Bonnie’s place was amazing and just as described. Check-in was smooth and super easy. The host, Alfredo, was extremely helpful and took great care of us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Cabo!
