The Space

Sunrise Tamarindo 11 is a bright, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with ocean and pool views in the heart of Tamarindo. Located across the street from Tamarindo Beach, the condo is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife.

The third-floor condo offers 1,200 square feet of comfortable living space and accommodates up to six adults or five adults and two children. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and double sleeper sofa.

• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and upgraded private bathroom
• Second bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, Smart TV, and access to an upgraded bathroom
• The second bathroom can be locked off for additional privacy
• Double sleeper sofa in the living room, suitable for one adult or two children

Kitchen and Living Areas

Prepare meals in the spacious gourmet kitchen, equipped with:

• Granite countertops
• Wood cabinets
• Stainless steel appliances
• Washer and dryer

The living area opens onto the private covered terrace, where you can enjoy ocean views, pool views, tropical breezes, and the sound of the waves.

Pool and Community

Enjoy the resort-style pool, complete with a cascading waterfall and a relaxing tropical setting. Sunrise Tamarindo is a gated community with elevators and parking.

Please note that elevator work is scheduled from November 11 through December 15, 2025. The elevator will not be operational during this period.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire Tamarindo Beach condo at Sunrise Tamarindo 11.

Optional Pack-and-Play

A pack-and-play is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per night. Please request it in advance so it can be reserved and set up before arrival.

Optional Add-Ons

The following services and activities are available for an additional cost:

• In-home massages, with optional manicures, pedicures, and facials
• Mid-stay cleaning, subject to availability and offered at a discounted additional rate
• Llanos del Cortez Waterfall tours, including transportation and a lunch buffet
• ATV tours, including water and fruit
• Lazy Lizard Catamaran Tours, including food, unlimited beverages with alcohol, music, and more
• Horseback riding, including water and fruit
• In-home yoga classes
• Grocery shopping and delivery
• Yacht charters for half or full days, including snorkeling, fishing, and optional catered meals and an open bar

These services are not included in the rental rate and incur additional charges.

Recommendations and Referrals

Referrals and contact information are available for:

• Chef services; at least seven days’ notice is required whenever possible
• Airport shuttles
• Fishing tours
• Surfing lessons
• Balloon and flower decorating
• Adventure hotel tours, including Hacienda Guachipelin near Rincón de la Vieja Volcano and its hot springs

Referrals can be provided, but these services cannot be scheduled on your behalf.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Sunrise Tamarindo has a zero-tolerance policy for parties and loud noise.
• Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, noise-monitoring alerts, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and legal action if authorities are involved.
• The homeowners’ association and security team require additional guest information, such as names, identification numbers, and/or identification photos.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card may be charged IVA automatically by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This is a separate local fee handled directly through the bank.
