The Space
Sunrise Tamarindo 11 offers an ideal setting for your Costa Rica getaway. This bright and beautifully appointed condo features a large terrace with views of the ocean and pool. The terrace includes an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating.
Inside, the condo has two bedrooms with upgraded ensuite bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and stainless steel appliances. The unit spans 1,200 square feet and is comfortably furnished to accommodate up to six adults or five adults and two children. The bed arrangement includes:
- Primary bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, upgraded private bathroom
- Second bedroom: Queen bed, twin bed, Smart TV, access to an upgraded bathroom that can be locked for privacy
- Living room: New double sleeper sofa suitable for one adult or two children
The gourmet kitchen is spacious and equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
Step onto your private covered balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves, tropical breezes, and beautiful views while dining or relaxing in the new comfortable chairs.

Sunrise Tamarindo is situated on the third floor of an upscale gated community directly across the street from Tamarindo Beach. The vibrant town center, with its variety of restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife, is just a short walk away.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire condo and all community amenities to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.
Important Details
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A strict no-tolerance policy on parties and loud noise is enforced. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, noise monitoring software, or any other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
- A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
- Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their banks in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly by the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.
